Delivery & order policy
Everything you need to know about ordering, pickup, delivery, and allergens, all in one place.
Ordering
- Every item is made to order.
- Please order at least 72 hours ahead. Chocolate covered strawberry boxes need 48 hours. Same-day orders are not available.
- Minimum quantities apply to most items and are listed on each menu page.
- Large or custom orders (about 72 pieces or more) need a quick conversation with us first. Send a catering inquiry and we will put together a quote.
- Your order is final once we confirm it with you.
Pickup
Pickup is in Glendale Heights, IL. We share the pickup address and time when we confirm your order.
Delivery
We offer limited delivery, scheduled around our baking calendar, within 15 miles of Glendale Heights, IL 60139.

- Morning: 8:00 AM
- Midday: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM

Delivery terms
- Delivery is not guaranteed until we confirm it.
- If a delivery request falls outside what we can do, we may cancel the delivery and refund the delivery fee. You can then switch to pickup or cancel the order.
- We cannot deliver beyond 15 miles.
- We decide whether a delivery is possible based on distance, scheduling, and order volume.

Glendale Heights, Carol Stream, Bloomingdale, Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Addison, Wheaton, Roselle, Itasca, Hanover Park, Villa Park, Winfield, Elmhurst, and other nearby towns within 15 miles. Not sure if you are in range? Ask us before you order.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and tree nuts. Each menu item lists the allergens it contains, but we cannot guarantee any item is free of cross-contact. If you have a severe allergy, please message us before ordering.
All of the cold cuts we serve are 100% halal-certified.
Storage & freshness
- Refrigerate: mini cheesecakes, cake pops, date boxes, and chocolate covered strawberries.
- Room temperature: cookies, brownies, and cinnamon rolls (covered). Keep baklava at room temperature and out of the fridge.
- Each menu page lists how long that item stays at its best.
